Rollout of extended kerbside service complete.

This week, beginning 29th June 2009, has seen the first full collection to include households in scattered and remote rural east and central Sutherland which have not previously received service. With a big effort from hard working staff, in very hot weather, both at the kerbside and in the depot, this phase of delivery of our kerbside recycling service is now complete.
We have had an excellent response from householders. 94% of those offered the service responded positively and 1077 additional households will receive a weekly kerbside recycling service from GREAN.
